Checking in
A month into writing this blog, I am curious about what readers might like to see more or less of. Or would you like to see something different altogether?
We have been looking at resilience in the face of loss. What about humor? Doesn’t humor help? It has always helped me. Black humor, sometimes. Would you like to read something on the humorous side? A little comic relief? I have some stories that are lighthearted. I have a lot of serious stories on my computer, but I have some humorous ones too.
I have offered a couple of pieces written by guests. Would you like to see more of that?
I wonder if you would like me to interview someone.
Or might you like to ask me questions, in hopes that I might have some wisdom to share? Or at least some thoughts to share? An advice columnist is not something I aspire to be, but I would be glad to weigh in on questions related to loss and resilience.
Please consider making your wishes known, either in the comment section here or by emailing me at annmccloskey802@gmail.com
If you have a question you would like me to respond to, I need not share your name. Just email it to me, and I will take a crack at it.
If I hear nothing by the weekend, I will post a fun story. This gives me a few days to settle on one. Hmm…how ‘bout one about a spunky little Catholic girl in 1964?

Black humor, my go- to for survival!
Catholic girl stories age well....what d'ya got?
